Connecticut School of Broadcasting/Atlanta graduate Kevin D'Amico saw his career selling pretzels getting stale, and decided to jump into broadcasting. We are pleased to announce that he has just been promoted to Studio Producer and Operator for WCNN-AM 680 the Fan/93.7 FM, Atlanta Braves Radio Network, and Southern Sports Today Network with Dickey Broadcasting Company.

Kevin glowingly reflects, "Connecticut School of Broadcasting Atlanta helped me by providing the latest technology, equipment and software in class so that I could get a head start in the industry upon graduating. The school has instructors who have all been very successful in the broadcast field and they give unique tips which can help students jump start their careers."? Kevin, who began as an intern at 680 the Fan, now helps run the Atlanta Braves Radio Network, the largest radio network in all of professional sports, with 150+ affiliates across the Southeastern US. He also works for Southern Sports which airs in 31 markets in the Southeast, and handles Georgia State University Football & Basketball broadcasts on 680 The Fan's sister stations. In addition, he works College & NFL Game Day shows and fills-in for the Production Department. Campus Director Stacey Green is proud of Kevin's accomplishments, "Kevin is a prime example of how all three phases of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting's programs work and he has excelled significantly."
